- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Data Analyst
- Focus: Data/trend prediction, Analysis, FAQs refinement and recommend CSOs training in Contact Centre
- Office location: Singapore- Central
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
The Talent
- Possess a Degree relevant certificates in the service industry.
- Preferably min 3 years of relevant experience in contact centre industry including data/trend prediction & analysis, self-help migration.
- Actively making FAQs refinement, recommend CSOs training needs based on customer experience.
The Job
Support the contact centre related functions for the project such as data/trend prediction & analysis, FAQs refinement and recommend CSOs training.
- Monitor and assess customer experience during their interaction with the call center associates.
- Collect Data and analysis to help improve the conversation between call center agents and customer
- Collect data from system to generate statistical reports monthly
- Making FAQ refinement based on the customer experience frequent question record
- Trend prediction/ forecasting based on the data collection
