Job Role:
- Provide customer service support to assist clients on their servicing needs
- Prepare clients' proposals and collate data and statistics.
- Manage and execute day-to-day office operations
- Administrative support for events and projects
- Propose and create campaign materials and electronic mailers
- Other executive support services that may arise
Requirements:
- Recent University or Polytechnic Diploma graduate
- Service oriented and enjoys building rapport with clients
- Proactive and able to multi-task in an organised manner
- Resourceful, reliable and an independent administrator
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Keen learner, self-driven and task oriented
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Proficient in English and Chinese to attend to Chinese speaking clients
