Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly
• Manage and ensure the materials and tools is sufficient
• Manage and lead on-site construction teams, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customer, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Building
- Management/Civil Engineering
At least 1 year of relevant experience
