We are looking for SELF-DRIVEN Individuals who are looking at personal growth.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Selling large format printing services and digital signage solution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Canvassing for new client and following up closely on given accounts
• Responsible for achieving individual sales targets set by the company.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports.
• Manage other administrative matters. (Eg. prepare quotation)
• Participate in the development of new project proposals.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Others Ad hoc duties as assigned by director.
Requirements:
• Have relevant experience in exhibition, printing/ signage, digital signage or design industry. Other industry are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 year of sales experience preferred.
• With or without customer base (sales target and commission will vary)
• Work well with others, self-driven and motivated, must be willing to learn, good communication skills.
• Diploma in business/ sales or design
Incentive:
- Basic salary of $2500-$3500 excluding commission
- Commission with target achieve(Realistic figure)
