- Provide operational support to the APAC Client Group, owning and executing all operational aspects of client take-on and day-to-day servicing working with external service providers.
- Attending to enqueries and service related matters from clients and sales teams.
- Review Distribution/Subscription Agreements.
- Support reporting (Sales, AuM etc.) to Sales teams.
- Partake in product and process change projects, collabrating with regional teams
- Work with third-party TAs to manage and deliver key operational changes.
- Drive, manage or support key Investor Services Change and Projects in APAC.
