Job Description:
• Perfom daily administrative duties and general office adminitration.
• Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date
• Work pass management:application,renewal ,cancellation
• Filling of HR documents
• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing
• Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels
• Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
• Any other HR & GA functions as needed
Job Requirement:
• Diploma in Human Resources or related majors
• At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative and willing to learn
• Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Strong team orientation
• Detail-oriented and meticulous

8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
