Job Summary :
To assist Quality Manager in Quality System Management, Customer Quality Management, Product Quality Management, Supplier Quality Management, Quality Supervisor / QC Assistant people management
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- System certification
- In-process manufacturing audit
- Supplier management
- Documentation and control
- Calibration and GR&R control
- APQP new product first article run and report
- Monitoring and manage incoming, in-process and outgoing performance
- Handling of customer complaint
- Parts approval submission (PPAP)
- IMDS submission (International Material Data Sheet)
- Conduct evaluation run study
- Monitor cost of quality
- Plan and conduct layout inspection
- Manage quality control plan, FMEA & process flow diagram
- SPC study
- Product safety (UL, RoHS, REACH) monitoring
- Other duties assigned as & when required.
Qualification, Experience & Skills :
- Diploma or Degree
- Technical knowledge/industrial working experience
- Quality tool & computer knowledge
