The Project Management Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the contact center, including overseeing a team of customer service representatives, setting performance goals, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient and effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary up to $15,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the contact center operations, including managing a team of customer service representatives, supervisors, and managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact center staff
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in contact center management
- Experience managing large scales of manpower
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive results and improve customer satisfaction
- Experience with contact center technology and software
- Strong written and communication skill, able to manage challenging stakeholders expectation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
