Responsibilities
- Strategy implementation and follow up with our subsidiaries in Southeast Asia
- Review, develop and implement company policies, procedures and ensure those policies and guidelines are in place with statutory requirements
- Involve in budgeting, costing and cash flow management across the region
- To liaise with regional offices for periodical results, reviewing and preparing of statutory reports
- To liaise with auditors, maintain banking relationship, internal control and compliance management
- Developing talent acquisition plan for multi national staff.
Requirements
- Degree in HRM/ Business or related disciplines
- At least 15-20 years of working experience in managerial position in Japanese Company
- Should be possessing deep knowledges of our 3 core businesses;
- Logistics: Harbour Transport, International Transport, Third Party Logistics, Warehouse Operation etc.
- Plant Engineering: Plant Construction, Plant Maintenance (Including Shut Down Maintenance)
- Operation Support: Supporting customers’ production lines
- Knowledge of Japanese to liaise with regional Japanese staff and Japan headquarter
- Able to read and translate email and report in Japanese language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (There will be a lot of occasions to report to management staffs in HQ in Tokyo)
- Should be physically tough (A lot of business trips will be occurred)
