- Manage and grow spare parts sales, service inspections, and ad hoc repair sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize terms and ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Experience in Marine parts sales.
- Occasionally business trip required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & computer skills in MS Office.
- Good understanding of supply chain Incoterms.
