- Conduct workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders on business requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies and fit or gap analysis on the customer’s requirements.
- Liaise with subject matter experts for the design of solutions and creation of functional specifications based on customer requirements.
- Perform system configuration and documentation.
- Perform unit testing and coordinate system integration testing with external parties.
- Coordinate and assist the customer during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage and review documentation according to guidelines for the deliverables (test scripts, release notes, user training documents etc.)
- Conduct user training which includes preparation of the training documents.
- Provide support for cut-over activities during system go-live.
- Provide go-live support during the production stability period.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal support for the smooth transition from project to support phase.
- Assist in other ad-hoc project activities with assigned project manager.
- Perform ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above.
- To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
- • Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve
- Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times .
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Able to communicate effectively with the ability to breakdown and convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Able to collaborate with different stakeholders from internal and external.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, self-motivated, initiative taker and ability to work independently.
- Have a growth mindset and ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
