· Managing the day-to-day planning and engineering initiatives for the project
· Responsible for project functions; e.g. Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc.
· Supervise and prepare methods for the project and any installation procedures, task plans and guidance
· Monitor site progress against budget and forecast schedule
· Ensure EHS and QA/QC standards of works by trade cons are met
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of works progress to Senior Manager
· Identify and notify Senior Manager and Executive Manager (PMO) of any additional works or changes that constitute a variation
· Always ensure coordination and communication with all trade cons
· Prepare meeting minutes for project meeting
· Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties for final acceptance
