Job Description:
- Prepare and Monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
- Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.
- Work closely with the project team in the Analysis, Evaluation and Negotiation of quotations, so as to ensure timely award of sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely finalization of main contracts and sub-contracts.
- Provide Support in any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have a positive working attitude, pro-active and meticulous in his/her work.
- Posses strong inter-personal communication & negotiation skills; able to work as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, either independently or in a team environment.
