Reporting to the team lead / head, you will work closely with Relationship Managers to assist in client onboarding and support (HNW and Corporates)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting RMs in new accounts onboarding (HNW and Corporates)
- Performing Account Opening checks, including KYC, AML and customer Due Diligence check etc.
- Coordinating with Front/Middle/Back office to provide prompt support service functions for customer problem resolution.
- Liaising directly with the clients to ensure their accounts are set up with complete functionality on the trading platforms.
- Assisting in maintaining the necessary information/documentation properly and in compliance with the rules and regulations.
- Assisting in process review and process re-engineering to improve internal controls and work efficiencies.
- Preparation of monthly reports, i.e. business report, marketing report.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of or experience in securities and private banking industry will be advantageous
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills, good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under tight timelines and withstand pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
