Job Description:
· Involve in recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangement.
· Involve in new hire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding coordination as well as offboarding clearance.
· Involve in training coordination & arrangement.
· Involve in employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding, wellness program and recognition events.
· Prepare the content for intranet Newsletter on monthly basis.
· Assist other ad-hoc HR operational administration matters.
