Primary Skills :
- Good understanding and experience in Security Concepts: Identity Access Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, Cyber Defense Services, Network Security and Application Security
Cloud Security, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Management
- Nice to know- regulatory requirements such as PCI, Sox, FISMA, HIPAA, Reg SCI, MAS
Responsibilities :
- Established and maintained a relationship with the client and generated additional business.
- Ability to propose a transformation approach and build a solution around the same.
- Understanding of different Models such as T&M , Fixed Price, Managed Capacity
- Ability to analyze customers’ requirements, and milestones, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals.
- Ability to drive different cyber programs such as IAM, SOC, GRC, Network Security, Data Security etc, and provide inputs in case of Incident and Problem
- Extensive background in managing and delivering complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for Vendor Management and negotiating contracts for security services.
- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Delivery Management objectives in a Hybrid Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe
- Lead delivery for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams comprising internal and external stakeholders.
- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, coordinate, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Responsible for managing client relationships.
- Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects & internal initiatives.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings, and presenting to large groups
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in owning and running an Enterprise Delivery Organization of 100+ engineers and delivering an annual gross revenue over 10 million euros
- Minimum of 8 years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of cyber security experience ideally in a service provider environment
- Strong academic record including a degree/Relevant professional qualification such as MS, B.E/B.Tech
- Able to effectively communicate, interact, and influence business and operational stakeholders and partners
- CISSP/CCSP/CCSK certification or its equivalent is preferred
