Your day-to-day role
Achieve personal sales targets, sales per transaction, and units per transaction as set by the Brand/Retail Manager.
Maximize sales through effective link and cross-selling techniques, enhancing customer purchases.

Apply Clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships, understanding and catering to individual client preferences and needs.
Provide accurate and personalized skin consultations for each client, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
Act as an ambassador for service excellence, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of Guerlain's customer service.
Demonstrate products using the Dare to Be techniques, aligning recommendations with the client's specific requirements.
Propose and deliver tailor-made services and consultations based on Dare to Be guidelines, ensuring a unique and customized experience for every client.
Ensure the store's visual merchandising (VM) is at its optimal level, maintaining an attractive and enticing display for customers.
Collaborate with the team to organize products and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.
Showcase high professional standards and a genuine passion for the Guerlain brand, representing its values and essence to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering memorable and personalized experiences for clients, while building lasting relationships.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Guerlain products, staying updated on the latest beauty trends and innovations to offer expert advice and recommendations.
