JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Tropical Oils Analyst Lead, as subject matter authority, independently retrieve, analyze and summarize data to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness and predict business outcomes. In this role, you will collect, analyze and interpret marketplace trends and customer data to create product development strategies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and drive new analysis approaches and methodologies.
- Work with global trading desk heads daily on strategic direction and advocation for trading positions, using analytic data.
- Create complex models to compile research and adjusts the models as necessary to revise the strategy.
- Research competitor behavior including marketing strategies, pricing, sales and methods of operation.
- Independently track market conditions, trends and competitors to project demand and inform product launch timing.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
