Accounts Administrator

We are an accredited training organisation ("ATO"). We provides a platform for candidates who would like to be a professional and obtain the Chartered Accountant title in Singapore.


In Ying Mei, each of our team members will handle a portfolio of clients which are from different industries.


Our clients' types include: F&B, trading companies, investment holding companies, services rendering companies, entertainment companies, shipping companies, non-profit organisation (ex: MCST) and etc.


Daily jobs include:

  • Perform bookkeeping into accounting software (Eg: Xero, and SQL)
  • Prepare supplier bill payments
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Prepare simple full set of accounts and monthly management reports
  • Prepare monthly payroll and submission of CPF
  • Prepare GST reconciliation and submission reports
  • Assist in preparation of secretarial jobs
  • Follow up with debtors outstanding
  • Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors

Job requirements:

  • Higher accounting /Diploma in related fields
  • At least have 2 years relevant working experience (working in commercial firm is preferred)
  • Applicant who can start work immediately would be an advantage
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Responsible
  • Problem solver
