We are looking for a Vice President, Sales, South Asia to lead our South Asia CX business, driving revenue and market expansion through strategic initiatives and a high-performance sales team.


  • Drive and develop the CX business that demonstrate the Company’s extensive capabilities as an advanced solution provider for South Asia subregion.
  • Recruit/retain and develop a world class sales organization to provide differentiated customer experience and sustainable performance.
  • Build business plans and develop strategic initiatives to execute, drive and expand the product saturation in the market leveraging the partner ecosystem and through direct engagement.
  • Master a deep understanding of the performance metrics or KPIs that will be used to measure the success of execution, including developing sales capabilities and skills.
  • Deliver against booking, revenue, and cost targets by actively managing both the top and bottom line with inherent control and accountability.
  • Provide critical insights and coaching to the Sales team that generate best-in-class credibility and contribute to a market leadership position for the company.
  • Work with deep collaboration with each of the company’s lines of business on Go-to Market Plans, Product roadmaps, R&D commitments, vision, sales forecasts, and marketing programmes.
  • Develop and maintain high-level customer relations at CxO and CEO levels.
