Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reesponsible for Business Development.
- Meet monthly sales target.
- Manage general administrative documentation for Migrant Domestic & Foreign Workers Application.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with relevant regulations governing Migrant Domestic & Foreign Workers.
- Source, interview, select, and screen potential Migrant Domestic & Foreign Workers through a rigorous vetting process during interviews.
- Address employer inquiries, comprehend their requirements, and assist in matching them with suitable Migrant Domestic or Foreign Workers.
- Conduct home visits or telephone calls to employers and Migrant Domestic or Foreign Workers post-placement as part of after-sales service.
- Provide counseling to helpers and assist in mediation when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven track records in handling the workflow of Foreign Workers (FW) and Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW) employment processes.
- Possess CEI certification.
- Singaporeans/Permanent Residents preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Confidence, sales-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Word and PDF; familiarity with communication tools like WhatsApp and computer applications such as Zoom, web browsers, etc., is a must.
