Job Responsibilities:
- Produce impactful conceptual work and articulate the creative vision in an engaging manner.
- Managing creative projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Formulating creative concepts to take advantage of marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, Social Media Team, Business Units and Stakeholders to understand brand and business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Strong conceptual and design ability coupled with a passion for strategic and creative problem-solving to develop compelling ideas that are on-brand and meet business objectives.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and time management capabilities.
- A degree in Interactive Media Design or related fields.
- A minimum of 7 years in creative design, either in an advertising agency or corporate setting, supported by a robust creative portfolio.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, including Generative AI, web disciplines, technologies, information architecture, and user interface development.
- Technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Generative AI, HTML5, animation/motion graphics, MS Office, and proficiency with Mac.
- Thorough knowledge of the digital domain and social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, ensuring high-quality creative output across these channels.
- Capacity to excel in a high-speed setting and juggle multiple tasks at once.
- A keen eye for creating visually compelling assets.
- Well-rounded skills in layouts, typography, imagery, and colour schemes.
