- Provide instruction and training to customers for start-up and operational of UPS and DC systems.
- Collaborate closely with customers and engineers to ensure site work is done in a safe manner.
- Maintaining track of maintenance contracts and ensuring prompt completion of tasks.
- Assist and provide technical support to customers for UPS and DC systems and coordinate with end-users for onsite battery installation, commission, repair and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in UPS and DC power industry.
