Assistant Project Manager (BI) - Supply Chain & CRM

Integrated in Regional IS team, the candidate will be responsible for partnering businesses to collect, identify, filter and formalize BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE applications evolution needs, and manage the development of IT efficiencies in GLOCAL platform.


  • Will work closely with central project team to support BI project rollout in GLOBAL platform.
  • Will work closely with APAC key users to collect the requirements, to assess and determine how IT can be optimized.
  • Will manage development, testing and implementation of BI solutions.
  • Will manage changes, Train and support owners and key users.
  • Will coordinate IS suppliers and manage their Services.

This position must have strong communication skill who will work closely with different business units across APAC and central, to provide IS&T solutions in a secured & cost-effective way.


The candidate of this position should have an extensive business intelligence knowledge, especially experienced in Google Cloud and Microsoft solution.


Having strong business background, Retail and Wholesales industry is preferred.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION


Complying with the PCIS’s guidelines, the incumbent will be responsible

  • Manage Projects. Maintain project status and related documents. Coordinate project related activities, including planning timelines, scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and tracking performance.
  • Perform analysis and participate design. Coordinate meetings and interactions with the business users to define requirements. Participate in the analysis, definition and documentation of requirements. Lead the creation and documentation of solution designs that are in-line with the existing technical environment.
  • Knowing how to develop applications. Create test scenarios and run tests to find errors and confirm that computer programs meet specifications.
  • Manage Test and Document. Perform testing, data migration, cleansing and review of code of related documentation as required
  • Support production of applications. Monitor performance of production applications and provide necessary support. Provide technica assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems or questions about programs. Train any required technical support staff to use, test, and support programs.
  • Facilitate the transition of programs from development into production.
