Job Description:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience in executing and managing service projects with more than 100,000 users
- Experience project management experience – coordination, project planning, customer relationship management
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Good willingness to learn and high self-motivation
- Proactive, curious and driven individual
- Mandarin-speaking fluency is mandatory as the role requires daily liaison with Chinese clients and the ability to read, speak and write reports in the Chinese language due to coverage of China market
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operational project management, including projects’ deliverables.
Responsible for key projects management. Key Coordinator and facilitator role in team.
Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, estimate workloads and costs as well as to support with proposals.
Responsible for user testing, configuration of the solution, deployment follow-up as well as customer trainings.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle process. Business process optimisation.
Participate in the Team Goal Collaboration with Product Manager Team, Development Team and Test & Ops.
Participate in the Development team productivity enhancement.
