Business Development and Operations Executive
Job Details:
- Managing and accountable for company operations including Business Development,Project Management and After-Sales Services.
- Establishing closer cooperation with our existing MNC clientele in sales.
- Follow up regional subsidiary offices business reports.
- Responsible to follow up both project and service sales contracts and their execution.
- Prepare business related paper works, emails and export related documents.
- Follow up sales agreements, service contracts, project progress/service reports and relevant paper works.
- Attend to customer's requirement and enquiries
- Prepare quotations, DO, WO, invoices and updates payment.
- Any other admin duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements/Relevant experience required:
- The candidate preferably be able to turn problem into opportunities, think out of the box and have entrepreneurial flair.
- Decision-making ability and capable of exercising judgement.
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relationship skills coupled with sincerity and honesty to maintain long standing support from our clients.
- Driven, independent, ability to flexibly negotiate business is critical for advancement in this role.
- Possess Business or Engineering Degree/Diploma.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Must demonstrate IT knowledge and savviness

- Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, outlook, word, excel and powerpoint.
- Candidate preferred to have experience in CRM / SAP, Cloud or other management software.
