Summary:
- The Senior Teacher will be assigned to teach a class and support the Centre Leader in operation and licensing matters.
- Monday to Friday, rotating shift hours
- No Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Using various learning methods such as stories, games and drawing to intellectually stimulate children.
- Identifying behavioral problems and developing appropriate strategies to address them.
- Plan and facilitate lesson plans that improve children’s development
- Ensure daily routines for the children are taken care of
- Communicate effectively with parents who are our partners in the children’s development
Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
L2 accreditation by ECDA
At least five years of relevant teaching experience
Good organisational skills
A desire to make a difference in education, passion in education
