Job Requirements
- Collect and estimate customer forecast, to create 18 months production plan and load it into SAP system.
- Monthly submit volume forecast to Finance and weekly outlook
- Weekly release two weeks production schedule and fix one week without change.
- Daily work with operation team to follow up schedule attainment.
- Daily work with material team to understand material support plan
- Monthly submit six months build plan to IE team to study capacity
- Weekly release ship plan according to customer demand and operation output.
- Work with quality team if have quality issue and how to replace to customer on time.
- Weekly update SAP planning, insure correct forecast to release to supplier.
- New product and part number need trigger set up MBOM into SAP.
- Meet monthly and yearly Revenue target
- Control inventory and delivery to customers
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business / Engineering or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP
- Relevant experience in Automotive Industry an added advantage
- Able to start work immediate or short notice
