SCOPE and DUTIES
Key Responsibilities (E-Commerce):
- Ensuring improvements in user experience with optimised navigation and content.
- Analyse sales performance vs targets, identify bestsellers, monitor onsite traffic and site speed to optimise traffic engagement, provide recommendations to improve sales, and webstore user experience.
- Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication.
Key Responsibilities (Marketing):
- Plan key launches and sales: executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns across all marketing channels and communications platform.
- Monthly campaign review and assist in suggesting new ways to improve audience engagement and impressions.
- Emailers: Understanding subscriber behaviour and developing content ideas or formats relatable to them to encourage open rate and click through rate.
- Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok): Understanding followers’ behaviour and contributing to conceptualise content/ thematic ideas and formats.
Provide Assistance to E-Commerce and Customer Service:
- Assist our E-Commerce and Customer Service colleague when there are customers during studio appointments: Taking, packing and steaming stocks.
