What You’ll Do

As a Client Account Manager on the Greater China Large Client Solutions team, you’ll become a true X expert and use your knowledge to simplify the platform and innovate to create global marketing solutions for clients from the Greater China region. By helping our top clients find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and timely campaigns on X, you’re shaping their participation in the public conversation.

  • Educate and consult to demonstrate how to use X’s advertising products, best practices, and how to develop effective campaigns.
  • Executing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards.
  • Revenue monitoring and pacing of clients campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Client Partner on maintaining revenue, pitch support, and provide analytical insights/reports.
  • Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Providing feedback to our product and tools teams to help us scale our advertising platform
  • Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high quality customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken to conduct daily communication tasks with clients and partners in the Greater China area, and internally with local and regional stakeholders.
  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs
  • Ability to optimize marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommend adjustments to key performance drivers
  • Ability to manage clients through conflict and guide them to collective business decisions
  • Willingness to travel regionally to meet clients and partners
  • Experience in export advertising is a plus
