Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and COO
- Support all aspects of daily work routine
- Maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
- Prepare supporting documents and presentations for business discussions if required
- Processing of expense claims and reports
- Meeting minutes during internal meetings and follow-up with relevant parties for the next course of action
- Handles all personal tasks for the CEO and COO and their family
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the administrative operations of the company from different departments
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in secretarial and administrative field
- Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good analytical, coordination, accurate, meticulous, ability to multi-tasking, strong listening, and follow-up skills
