Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager also known as Account Manager, you will ensure that the work is executed with excellence, meet and/or exceed client's expectation. Always ensure that campaigns are accomplished on budget and time. You will be someone who is proactive and have agency's interest at heart, and display positive attitude to team members and clients.


Role

  • Manage accounts, supporting the Account Director
  • Work involves helping brands with through the line work
  • Day-to-day project management across all accounts, from crafting of briefs, conceptualisation through to production and submission
  • Plan and manage project budgets as well as timelines
  • Support on new business pitches

Responsibilities

  • Possess a sound knowledge on TTL advertising
  • Comprehend media diaries and work closely with media agency to ensure campaign are delivered as per deadlines
  • Monitor budget - ensure there is no overspent and encourage spending if the fund is under utilised
  • Prepare costing and timelines to client for sign off before commencement of campaigns
  • Craft clear and precise creative and production briefs, and brief into the relevant teams such as Creative, Production and Social teams
  • Be a brand advocacy and ensure work comply with brand guidelines
  • Ensure work is carried out as per schedule and quality is in place at all times
  • Be responsible for the creation and/or update of all administrative documentation, e.g. WIP, job numbers, SOW, cost estimates, purchase orders and revenue recognition
  • Liaison with global creative agencies in obtaining or clarifying campaign assets
  • Develop an understanding of the profitability of clients) business
  • Share knowledge and guide junior team members

Job Specifications


Knowledge and Experiences Required

  • 3-5 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of print, digital and content production processes
  • Sound knowledge on TTL advertising
  • Understand the nature of advertising and marketing, be interested in latest trends and the impact of these methods upon the clients bottom line
  • Understand of the new ideas, competitor activity and variety of the campaigns

Skills Required

  • Excellent in project management and account management
  • Excellent financial and commercial skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of the usage of different design software (not technically) such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and html5 will be an added advantage
  • Experience in admin duties in eg. cost estimates, purchase orders and etc.
