Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and develop overall business plan to align and strategize brand and product portfolio.
- Strategize market entry, manage regulatory compliance and GTM plans for targeted territories.
- Identify and develop potential territory and channel partners .
- Periodic business reporting of progress, budget, pricing and P&L analysis .
- Drive sales and market development with channel partners .
- Forging strong relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Independently manage operational and fulfilment functions.
- Other duties as and when assigned by HO D/ Management .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales, export, trade marketing, business development experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills .
- Demonstrates strong experience and network in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency with business planning, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Willingness to travel.
