Job Descriptions:
- Oversee the complete spectrum of HR functions.
- Lead the HR department, providing guidance in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage work pass-related issues, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and updating personal particulars with MOM.
- Prepare and submit surveys to government bodies and statutory boards.
- Track and report on available grants issued by the government.
- Manage administrative matters related to government grants, including submission and review of grant applications and post-award processes in adherence to terms and policies.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to resolve queries and matters related to grants.
- Compile data related to grants for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Assist as needed in other supporting activities within the HR department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with data manipulation or analysis, such as Excel formulas.
- Comfortable handling simple statistics, numbers, and datasets, or possesses an equivalent quantitative background.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
