- Provide market scans across global (USD/EUR/GBP), Asia-Pacific (AUD/CNH/CNY) and ASEAN (SGD/MYR/THB/IDR) funding markets to determine opportunities relevant to the Group’s debt capital markets funding strategy
- Maintain a dashboard and database of debt capital markets pricing including primary issuances, secondary pricing and indications from a panel of investment banks
- Review and calibrate internal fund transfer pricing models to steer desired balance sheet / P&L outcomes for the UOB Group including Singapore as headquarter, subsidiaries (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and China) and overseas branches (Hong Kong, Australia, UK, US, etc.)
- Conduct quantitative business analysis and financial statement analysis by using advanced excel skills and Bloomberg functions to provide valuable insights to the team
- Create clear and informative data visualizations to communicate findings and assist in other wholesale term funding activities
- Prepare regular reports and presentations with the key findings, contributing to strategic decision-making within the UOB Group
