Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, identify, and regularly review category issues, opportunities, or challenges from customer's data, retail audit, shopper research, market analysis, and others
- Work closely with Sales team on customers and distributor's annual business review and analysis
- Collaborate with other team to develop, plan, and implement products and campaign launches with channel activities
- Manage E-commerce flagship store with distributor, plan and execute marketing programs
- Lead the development and management of POP materials, premiums, merchandising, roadshows, trade visibility, and B2B food service workshops
- Facilitate monthly Sales and Marketing planning meeting, consolidate trade activity plan with Sales team, and work with Marketing team on Integrated Marketing Calendar
- Drive in-trade fundamentals execution excellence with Sales and Field Operation team
- Communicate with sales team related to campaign, NPD, price, and promotions
- Report to Line Manager on post activity performance and evaluation, trade displays and visibility, as well as Competitor's activities
- Liaise with external agencies to execute on display setup, sampling, and cooking demo activation related activities
- Other ad-hoc duties related to Trade Marketing function
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business and Marketing related field
- Minimum 5 years of Trade Marketing experience with similar capacity in FMCG field
- Excellent communication and analytic skills
- Independent, self-motivated, willing to travel
