Our Client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with various sites across the APAC to ensure consistent and robust performance, advocating for best practices and excellence.
- Responsible for the the overall performance of sites, ensuring accurate forecasting and streamlined production processes.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, methods, and the integration of new technology.
- Support local plant managers in day-to-day operations, fostering positive outcomes in production targets and maximizing yields at the lowest Cost of Goods Sold.
- Ensure alignment of plants with quality/CSR requirements from certification bodies and customer audits, securing successful certification/re-certification and resolving audit findings.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Min degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering.
- Min 7 years of proven experience as an operational leader in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles and manufacturing costing.
- Sounded Knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma
- ISO qualifications are highly preferred
- Comfortable with regular travelling with short notice, may up to 60% per month.
