- Training Organisation needs a meticulous administration & good customer relations exectutive to handle Pre, During & Post course registration
- Reply whatsapp & email enquiries.
- Handle paper work before, during & after course
- Chase for payments
Specific Responsibilities
- To reply customers enquiries on course information/customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders. Preparation and Documents Filing & Accurate Customer and Sales Data entry to system or journal.
- To provide admin supports.
- To assist with the execution of special events and promotions.
Competencies
- Self-independence, work with min-supervision.
- Engage with customers and able to explains services and products.
- Good organization skills, meticulousness, and proficiency with computer.
- Tech savy in using WhatsApp/Google drive/Zoom etc
- Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
