Roles

  1. Training Organisation needs a meticulous administration & good customer relations exectutive to handle Pre, During & Post course registration
  2. Reply whatsapp & email enquiries.
  3. Handle paper work before, during & after course
  4. Chase for payments

Specific Responsibilities

  1. To reply customers enquiries on course information/customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders. Preparation and Documents Filing & Accurate Customer and Sales Data entry to system or journal.
  2. To provide admin supports.
  3. To assist with the execution of special events and promotions.

Competencies

  1. Self-independence, work with min-supervision.
  2. Engage with customers and able to explains services and products.
  3. Good organization skills, meticulousness, and proficiency with computer.
  4. Tech savy in using WhatsApp/Google drive/Zoom etc
  5. Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
