JOB DESCRIPTION
- Need to assist the Operation Manager on planning the manpower and deploy to the working site.
- Have to do attendance reporting on the daily operations to the clients portal.
- Submitting of daily report, pictures to the Operation Manager for the works done completely everyday.
- To lead the workers for all scope of works to be done daily.
- Able to arrange all materials and monitoring stocks for the usage at the site.
- Must be able to handle all grounds matters and settle as soon as possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least Pre-University, Higher Ni-tec level with min. 3 years experience.
- Able to work to overtime and extra task given by the management.
- Needs to assist to the junior on-the-job training.
- Helping the senior on the digitalise channel for submission of attendance.
- Must be psyhically fit for both indoor and outdoor jobs.
- To provide healthy and strong mindset to work with all workers from different nationality,
age groups and uses right manner with them.
