Job Summary:
As a Leads Lead at Cybersense Solutions Pte Ltd, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts by taking ownership of the lead and pipeline generation processes. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage a robust lead generation strategy to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects into the sales funnel. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify, nurture, and convert leads into potential customers. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Generation: Develop and execute a highly strategic lead generation plan tailored to our cybersecurity product and services portfolio. This includes identifying target markets, customer segments, and personas.
Database Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of our lead database, ensuring data accuracy, enrichment, and segmentation to support personalized lead nurturing.
Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers, their pain points, and specific cybersecurity needs, creating detailed lead profiles.
Inbound and Outbound Prospecting: Implement both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. Manage inbound leads generated from various sources, such as website inquiries, content downloads, webinars, and events. Proactively reach out to potential customers through email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate prospects, providing them with valuable content and insights that address their cybersecurity challenges.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and lead scoring models. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process and ensuring a consistent flow of prospects.
Reporting and Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of lead generation activities, providing insights into lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Use data-driven insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns, sales goals, and product launches.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation technologies. Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes and techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Regional Experience in APAC a must – Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea. (For APAC lead)
Proven experience in lead generation and management, with a strong background in the cybersecurity industry.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity products and services, as well as industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
