Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documents, costing, tender evaluation, and contract administration
- Prepare quotations to clients, ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bid
- Responsible for controlling costs, budget management, evaluation of price comparison, and costing summary
- Prepare variation orders (VO), monthly reports for progress payment claims, and Purchase orders matching the Delivery Order.
- Review and negotiate with the project manager's suggested subcontractors if applicable.
- Identify potential claims based on the contract deviation and handle problems such as time extensions, terms, and conditions, loss and expense claims, etc.
- Settle main and sub contractor's final accounts
- Work and establish relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors architects, developers, and contractors
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Prefer with main construction experience
