Job Description:
· Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operation.
· Prepare monthly management report.
· Handle all work pass application, renewal, cancellation and related matters.
· Maintain employee database and update employee leave and entitlement records.
· Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of daily and monthly transaction.
· Process payment and prepare payment voucher.
· Submission of year-end IR8A and AIS.
· Process employees’ payroll, CPF submission and tax clearance.
Requirements:
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
· Meticulous, and positive attitude in learning.
· Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
