Responsibilities:
- Perform full set of accounting transactions including checking invoices, data entry and posting.
- Prepare Suppliers payment.
- Investigate & solving invoices dispute.
- Handling Petty Cash claims
- Assist in Warehouse stock take reconciliation and create new items card in inventory.
- Assist in payroll and work permit
- Maintaining good quality of documents filing.
- Ad-hoc duties as & when assign by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in accounting with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS ExcelAdded Advantages
