- Customer service oriented attitude
- Ushering customers to allocated KTV rooms and ensure system is ready
- Taking beverages & food orders
- Key in orders into point-of-sales system and fulfilling the orders
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
- Cleaning duties during off peaks hours to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Attend to all walk-ins & register check-in customers
- Comfortable using google sheets or microsoft excels spreadsheets
- Allocate suitable rooms to walk-in customers according to group size, room size and other requirements
- Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
