Responsibilities:
- · Prepare and analyse costing for tenders.
- · Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner including updating payment records.
- · Check & prepare progress payment certificates for all sub-contractors including site valuations with supervisors.
- · Prepare document for inviting quotations, prepare comparison, tender report.
- · Involved in pre and post contract administration duties including debit notes for back-charges, purchases on behalf of sub-contractors, variations, finalize sub accounts in the period of final measurement.
- · Perform risk and value management and cost control
- · Prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off for materials procurement, cost evaluations, pre-qualification of sub-contractors.
- · Assist in contractual matters such as extension of time, contractual correspondences, etc;
- · Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, clients, project team, in-house factories etc
- · Prepare drawings or details design documents using AutoCAD
- · Attend to project & site meetings
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years working experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under high pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and positive attitude
