Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer of machinery and equipment
- Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Indoor)
- Working Location: West – Tuas (Company transport provided at Tuas Link Station)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri: 9 am-5.30 pm, Alternate Sat: 9 am-12.30 pm – WFH)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct indoor sales operations and manage inventory
- Generate quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
- Offer support for administrative, operational, sales, and marketing functions
- Assist the Managing Director and team members with diverse tasks, understanding operational concepts and procedures
- Facilitate communication through email and phone effectively
- Produce high-quality work and demonstrate timely execution
- Coordinate with customers on project details, product needs, and delivery timelines
- Keep an updated record of client contacts

- Min. O level
- Min. 2 years of working experience in Administrative and Sales roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Auto-Count Accounting software will be considered an advantage
