Our client is from Frieght Forwarding industry. They are looking for a After Sales Support Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties:
- Serve as the main liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring proactive management of accounts.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Support in the preparation of bids, contributing to successful customer interactions.
- Provide insights to enhance revenue strategies aligned with existing business models.
- Collaborate with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and assessing KPIs.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance to the global operations team as needed.
- Promptly escalate and address customer issues within designated timelines.
- Work closely with sales, customer service, billing, and operations teams.
- Update and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and share best practices.
- Assist in vendor identification to optimize costs and streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any relevant field.
- Min 2 years of working experience in Frieght Forwarding industry
