- Address inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via phone calls and emails.
- Record complete and accurate information regarding customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers as promised.
- Identify and escalate issues and concerns to management for thorough resolution.
- Prepare requests such as policy summaries, premium payments, and beneficiary information accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet service request requirements.
- Deliver service requests within specified service standards.
- Take on projects or additional responsibilities as assigned.
Our Requirements:
- Ideally possess 'A' Levels or a Diploma, along with relevant work experience.

- Salary: up to $3500 with 1.5 month completion bonus
- Working days: Mon - Fri
- Working hours: 9.00am – 6:00pm
- Contract: 18 months
