Customer Service Specialist (Digital Comms)

  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests received through email, mail, or fax.
  • Address and resolve issues related to insurance matters for policyholders, distribution representatives, and business partners.
  • Evaluate and manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints from all distribution channels.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments delegated by the Section Head, as needed.
  • Take responsibility for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to enhance the company's risk management efforts.
  • Identify and proactively address potential concerns or risks, sharing best practices for risk management.

Requirements:

  • Completion of 'A' Levels, preferably with professional certification in Insurance (e.g., M9, M5, and CHI).
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the Life Insurance sector is preferred but not mandatory

Other information:

  • Salary: up to $3500 with 1.5 month completion bonus
  • Working days: Mon - Fri
  • Working hours: 9.00am – 6:00pm
  • Contract: 18 months
  • Location: PLQ
