- Collaborate with the vendor management team to assist vendors in registering in company’s ERP system, assess vendor registration submissions, conduct due diligence checks on vendors, and follow up with vendors to ensure completion of the registration process.
- Liaise with company’s internal users, IT Service Desk, and external vendors to address vendor registration-related incidents promptly.
- Compile periodic reports on vendor registration using company’s ERP system.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.
- Previous experience utilizing ERP, Procurement, or Vendor Management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.

- Salary: $3500-$4500
- Working days: Mon - Fri
- Working hours: 8:30am – 6.00pm
- Contract: 6 months
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
